2、 Basic data preparation stage

4、 Process planning stage

5、 System operation stage

5.2 due to the poor training effect in the early stage, many functions in the subsequent use do not know how to use, it is recommended that the software supplier provide a full set of system teaching video, which is also convenient for the backward personnel of the enterprise to learn.

5.3 when the system is running, there are some functions that need to be added by the software supplier, but it will take a while for the software supplier to be added. At this time, the consultant will give another temporary scheme for use, but the user will often stop working because the function is not added, resulting in the later process unable to run. Delay the overall online progress.

6、 Later maintenance stage

6.1 after the first five processes, the operation of the system has achieved results. At this time, when the turnover rate of enterprise personnel is relatively large, if the ERP project personnel are not familiar with the system and do not have complete SOP documents, they will not be able to completely separate from the consultant and increase the enterprise cost.

6.2 after the normal operation of the system, MIS personnel often take care of the database for a long time without transferring the backup, and the server suddenly breaks down, resulting in data loss.
